Why we started
Finding someone reliable to clean your home usually means asking around, hoping they arrive, and handling cash at the door. There is no vetting, no safety net and no record of what was agreed.
Zizi's fixes that. Every Agent on the platform is screened before their first booking, every job is booked and paid through the app, and you know it is her at your door because you scan her card when she arrives.
OUR STORY
It began in Potchefstroom
Zizi's Cleaning is a company of Zizi Ventures (Pty) Ltd, founded by Nkosi Mkhambi, and it started right here in Potchefstroom.
The idea behind this journey was never to build another platform for entertainment. As South Africans, we have a real chance to embrace the Fourth Industrial Revolution and use it to create solutions that empower our own communities.
If an app can help a woman who is sitting at home with a skill she has never been able to earn from, by giving her a free opportunity to take part in the economy, then we are beginning to solve the problems that matter where we live. That is what Zizi's is for.

How a Zizi's clean works
Request a clean
Tell us the service, the size of the home and when you need it. You see the price before you confirm.
We match an Agent
A vetted Agent in your suburb accepts the job. You see her name on your booking.
Pay safely in the app
Pay by EFT through the app, never cash at the door. Your money is held until the job is done.
Scan to check in
When she arrives, scan her Zizi's card in the app so the job is marked as started.
What "vetted" actually means
Every Agent completes all six checks before she can see or accept any job on the platform.
Vetting documents are uploaded securely and stored privately, and only the Zizi's review team can open them.
Everyone is vetted
ID, police clearance, references, bank details and training are checked before a single job.
Your data stays yours
Vetting documents are stored privately and handled under POPIA.
Fair to both sides
Customers get a trusted clean, Agents keep 100% of their rate and are paid the same day.
For our Agents
Agents on Zizi's are independent service providers, not employees. There are no joining fees, they keep 100% of the rate they set, and payouts happen the same day a job is completed and paid for. Zizi's charges a 6% platform fee on completed, paid jobs.
