1. What Zizi's is

Zizi's is a platform that connects Customers with independent cleaning Agents. Zizi's is not the Agent's employer and does not perform the cleaning itself. Zizi Ventures (Pty) Ltd operates the app.

2. Book and pay only in the app

All bookings and payments for Zizi's jobs must go through the app. Paying an Agent in cash or directly for a Zizi's job removes Zizi's protection, payment security, vetting guarantees, safety features and dispute support for that job.

3. Off-platform work

If a Customer and an Agent arrange work directly, outside the app, that arrangement is solely between them. Zizi's is not a party to it and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, non-payment or dispute arising from it. Off-platform work is not covered by any Zizi's insurance, panic-button response, QR verification or payment protection.

4. Your responsibilities

Customers must secure valuables, disclose hazards (pets, chemicals, unsafe areas) and provide a safe working environment. Customers must not ask Agents to work off the platform.

5. Agents are independent

Agents are independent contractors. They are responsible for their own tax, tools and conduct. They set their own rate within the allowed range, choose which jobs to accept, may decline any job without penalty, may work for others, and have no minimum hours. Payment is guaranteed only for jobs booked, completed and confirmed through the app.

6. Liability

Zizi's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking, or to the cover provided by Zizi's insurance where applicable. Liability-limiting clauses are drawn to your attention and must be actively accepted at sign-up.

7. Account

You must be 18 or older. You can view, download and request correction of your data, and delete your account in the app. Some records are kept by law (for example financial records) and we will tell you what is kept and why.
