Does it cost anything to join as an Agent?
No. Joining, training and listing are free.
What is the 6% platform fee?
A small fee taken from your earnings on each paid job, from your first job. It covers your welcome pack, aprons, QR ID card and monthly statements. If you don't work, you don't pay anything.
Is the fee taken from tips?
Never. Tips go 100% to you.
How will I know what I've been paid?
Every payout shows your earnings, the 6% fee, any tips and the amount paid. You also get a monthly statement and a yearly earnings statement for tax.
Am I a Zizi's employee?
No. You're an independent Agent running your own service, and you choose your own days and jobs.
When do I get paid?
The same day the customer confirms the job, or automatically 24 hours after you finish if there's no complaint.
Are there booking fees for customers?
No. You pay the price shown, and every room is included.
